Flat rate testing

Assessments are charged a flat rate of $2,000. Nearly all assessments will fit into this price. If your assessment will require extra time or resources, you will be quoted an additional amount prior to scheduling. Occasionally testing may be quoted for less. For all assessments, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be applied to the total testing fee.

Payments accepted by credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card only.

Out of network provider

As an out of network provider, I do not bill your insurance. This allows you to make choices about your private health information, as I do not release results to anyone without your consent. It also allows us to be flexible with the amount of, and types of testing we do together, while being transparent about the costs of these services.

Following your appointment, if you choose to submit for reimbursement from your insurer, I will provide you with a “super bill” to submit with all of the information insurance requires. This does not guarantee that your insurer will reimburse you for these services.

Unfortunately, I am not able to see clients with Medicaid/Medicare.
